1. About these terms

By using joovirgo.com or placing an order with Joo Virgo, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact us at joovirgofashion@gmail.com.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Prices shown at the time of your order are the prices you will be charged.

Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly between screens. If a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment is processed securely by Paystack. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Verve cards. We do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Nigeria. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location:

• Lagos — ₦2,500
• Other states — ₦5,500

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, contact us on Instagram @Joo_Virgo or call +234 810 613 0865. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Delivery costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. This includes both the cost of returning the item to us and any re-delivery fee if a replacement is requested. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on return.

Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the 5-day window will not be accepted.

6. Intellectual property

All content on joovirgo.com — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Joo Virgo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Joo Virgo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products, beyond the value of the order in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
